KIND WORDS

Sheila & Amber

"Amber had become very arthritic in her old age and despite various medications her legs were continuing to become uncomfortable.   She seemed to love Sarah’s monthly massages which clearly helped some of the stiffness she was experiencing and improved her mobility.  Sarah’s treatments definitely seemed to make a significant difference in her comfort and ability in her old age.  After the first few minutes of every appointment Amber would lay back and was so relaxed, helped enormously by Sarah’s calm manner.  I can definitely recommend Sarah’s canine massages."

Clare & Nellie

"Some three years ago my Labrador Nellie sliced through a tendon and artery whilst out on a walk. She was in a cast for  6 weeks and off walks for several weeks thereafter. After her wounds healed, Nellie was stiff and awkward in her movements. Several sessions with Sarah saw her relaxing and thoroughly enjoying the attention!  She returned to her normal exuberant self.  Recently, after a particularly energetic few days in East Sussex,  Nellie was hobbling a bit so Sarah came and sorted her out. Magic and healing hands!"

Amanda & Bertie

"Bertie had a bit of a run in with a van a few years ago and has been stiff on his rear left leg ever since.   Having a regular massage with Sarah helps him enormously.  It also relaxes him completely and he goes in to a trance!  Sarah has a wonderful calmness which rubs off on the dogs.  Bertie is lucky to have her and I recommend her wholeheartedly."

Jennie & Tilly

"When Sarah first came into our lives, my 14 year old golden retriever Tilly was feeling her age and was very stiff.   Sarah’s treatments gave her a new lease of life and a new found enjoyment in her daily walks."

Caroline & Ace, Lilly, Rosie & Bear

"Sarah has been treating my dogs for 18 months.  She started originally seeing my old dog who was getting a bit stiff and my injured grade 6 Agility dog.  The benefits to both dogs were obvious from the start, my elderly dog who had been unable to jump into the van was able to do this again for a while and my agility dog (now retired) recovered from his injury in leaps and bounds. We currently have four Border Collies, two competing in agility and I book Sarah for a visit every four to six weeks and she will treat whom ever is in need.  Ace my injured agility dog still carries a bit of stiffness after strenuous exercise so Sarah treats him every visit.  He is now sounder for longer periods of time and when he is lame, he will become sound quickly.  This is down to the regular treatments that he receives from Sarah.

She has treated all of the other three, the youngest two being the hardest as they do not believe in staying still for very long – her patience and calm attitude around them means they will settle even for just a short period of time – Sarah never gives up with them and the benefits for them are visible. All my dogs go mad when they realise that Sarah has arrived, she is a lovely person and a knowledgeable canine massage therapist!!"

Michelle & Max

"We have no reservations whatsoever in heartily recommending Sarah.

From the get go she has been amazing with Max. Max is a good boy, but personally I struggle to get him to sit and stay for longer than it takes him to ingest a treat, unless he is asleep. Sarah has never had a problem, Max has been treated by Sarah for 3 years now.

What a joy it is to see him outstretched, splaying his paws whilst rolling his eyes and gently snoring as she massages his limbs. The massages have contributed greatly to his fluidity in movement, he enjoys them and the benefits certainly are visible to us.

What I value most in Sarah is her kindness to us all and loving gentle way with Max. Sarah has also been very helpful in suggesting different changes that we can and have made around the house in order for Max to age as best he can whilst facilitating the various issues that arise from his arthritis. If Sarah did human massages I’d book myself in as well!"
